    Elite 500 adjustable base

    We love the customizable features on the elite 500 base. USB ports and under bed lighting are very useful. If we had to choose features they would be:
    1) Pre set buttons
    2) USB and under bed lighting
    3)Adjustable foot and head capabilities
    We have found that the massage feature is not to our liking. It does not provide us with the type of massage we were hoping for and is quite loud when laying on the mattress. If there were a base between the 250 and 500 without the massage feature that would be the perfect base for us. The instruction manual is also hard to follow. At first we thought that there was only one memory setting, but after playing around with the remote I found that any of the other preset positions could be changed. All that is needed is to adjust the position to your desired angle then hold the preset button until the lights on the remote start to blink. This will memorize the setting. Essentially you could have 5 custom setting.
